Responsibilities:
• Managing the Community.
• Engaging members on a daily basis.
• Effectively communicating & following up with the members.
• Answer all members inquiries and questions.
• Understand member issues(if any) by asking relevant questions and tailoring recommendations accordingly.
• Maintaining and updating the member database with accurate and relevant information.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations, including Excel.
• Previous experience in telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• High level of motivation and self-discipline.
Salary: 15000 per month
Day Shift: Monday to Friday
