Ø To handle Walk-in Customers Ø To achieve Sales Target. Ø To Maintain Good relationship with Customers, Greet them properly. Ø To understand their requirement & accordingly suggest them the Product Range Ø To guide them to buy value added products to increase your sales Target Ø To follow exact guidelines given by the Floor Manager Ø To follow current Discount Policies Ø To understand any specific requirement by customer and accordingly immediately at the end of your shift convey the same to your Manager. Ø To keep the follow-up with Floor manager on your Customer’s Order Ø To encourage customers to participate in Up-coming activities. Ø To maintain proper Display & Arrangements in your specified area Ø Maintain cleanliness in your Display Area Ø Assuring Hygiene & Cleanliness in your Area Ø Maintaining Discipline & Healthy relationship among the employees Ø Inviting Customers for New product arrival, Birthday Gifting, Return Gifts, inform them about discounts, Birthday celebration with our Workshops at their home.
