37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary Up to £44,500.00 per year

Circle Health Group has an exciting opportunity for a Sister Charge Nurse to join our friendly and motivated team of staff working on the hospital Outpatients Department.

This is a Full time role at 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
Experienced in acute nursing care.
Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
Recruitment and selection skills.
Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent.
Duties Of This Role Include
To assist the Outpatient department Clinical Lead in providing an efficient, cost effective and quality service, ensure best practice in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
To take responsibility of the Outpatient department in the absence of the Clinical Lead or as and when required.
Work autonomously undertaking holistic assessment examination in order to implement management plans for patients in speciality nurse led clinics.
To assist in the management and organisation of the Outpatient departments.
To assist in the future development of the outpatient department Lead and Co-ordinate a team to ensure the delivery of effective nursing care to patients and their families.
Participate in the supervision, assessment and development of staff and students through performance review, clinical supervision and teaching in a variety of settings and act as a resource for education and development within the service
To act as an effective role model promoting excellence through practice.
Use specialist knowledge and skills to provide healthcare to patients attending the Outpatient department and lead on the development of new and current Outpatient Nurse led services and clinics.
