Position Overview

The Site Administrator will provide essential support for site operations across our Ryley and Halkirk facilities. This role includes preparing packaging and labeling, maintaining site registrations, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations Support:

· Oversee the preparation of packaging and labeling for products.

· Ensure all site registrations are current and compliant.

· Manage site-specific documentation and records accurately.

Operational Efficiency:

· Assist in the coordination of logistics and scheduling to support efficient operations.

· Support procurement processes to maintain resource availability.

Communication Coordination:

· Act as a liaison between Ryley and Halkirk sites to facilitate smooth operations.

· Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

General Administration:

· Provide general administrative support to each site as needed.

· Work closely with operations, product management, and sales teams.

Required Qualifications

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to work independently and in a team and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

· Familiarity with logistics, procurement, and compliance processes.

· Agricultural experience/understanding is an asset.
