About the Role
Based on a large, iconic project in the heart of Tauranga, we are seeking a highly efficient and effective administrator to help our project team meet their objectives. This is a fixed term role to December 2027, for the duration of the project based in Tauranga.
The role involves document management (typing, processing contracts and distributing drawings); reception duties; completing documentation for site audits; planning and organising office and site events; generating reports; data collection and data entry for the inclusion in upstream reports; and any other tasks required by the team.
A key aspect of this role is also supporting the project stakeholder management, administration and communications processes; in particular our Broader Outcomes initiatives. This will include engagement with our Iwi partners and communicating with local Tauranga businesses and residents.
To be considered for this role you will have:
Experience working in a Site Administrator/Construction role
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
Ideally experience using Conqa to help with minor technical issues, changes and updates to checklists and liaising with the compliance manager on major issues
Be able to follow instructions, complete work efficiently and on deadline
Experience with document management Systems, such as Aconex, Procore, etc.
Be able to multitask, prioritise work and speak up when you have questions
Be able to work independently as well as integrate quickly into a team environment
Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
Be someone who enjoys interacting with a wide variety of people and forms great relationships
