You'll be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, working in a supportive but ambitious environment with clear career progression and proactive employee engagement.

Responsibilities
Your role will be to manage a section of our self-delivery workforce on a high-profile energy scheme.

You will need to drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure our teams are delivering a high-quality product for our customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our teams have the relevant RAMS and permits to enable their work to progress.

You'll identify our plant and labour resource requirements, and assist the team in ensuring we always have the right people and equipment to complete scheduled tasks efficiently.

You will also be responsible for recording daily site activities, including completion of timesheets for our workforce in a timely fashion.

Key Requirements
Essential:
A strong desire to operate to the highest health & safety and quality standards.
Experience managing self-delivered civils works, including RC and Groundworks.
SSSTS qualification.
Desirable:
SMSTS qualification.
Temporary Works Supervisors qualification.
Gold Supervisors CSCS card.
