About this Position
To support our Sub contractor with Equipment Management & Repairs
To reduce United's Equipment Management costs (Service/Repair/Resources)
To assist Regional teams to manage the Equipment Services process relating directly to customer requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform quality repairs that meet service standards for all Service Calls
Train operators/partners on managing their equipment and reducing their repair costs
Responsible for reducing the number of callbacks for individual service
calls
Responsible for managing the inventory of parts required to service the
Brampton workshop
Complete audit for the inventory of parts as required by United
Responsible for ensuring data integrity within Service Requests and within
technology provided
Support equipment repair process as per United's Vision, Values and
Strategy
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform all daily functions in alignment with company mission, vision, and values
Work in compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation, and take every reasonable precaution to protect the health and safety of all employees and business partners
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and labour laws
Protect company assets from damage and misuse
Job Requirements and Expectations
− Be available to address customer or subcontractor needs and concerns
Ability to deal with a high level of stress and promptly solve problems as they arise.
Ability to work flexible shifts on a rotational basis.

Effective planning, organizing and budgeting skills
MS Office (Word, Excel, E-mail) proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding decision maker
Sound knowledge of the cleaning industry would be an asset
Education/Experience
Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience
Computer knowledge
Valid Drivers’ License
Knowledge of material and labour costs
Customer service experience
3-5 years technical experience on cleaning equipment repairs would be an asset
Technical training on cleaning equipment repairs would be an asset
