Industry : Telecom (Minimum 3 years of experience in handling account for SMB – Mid Market)
Job Responsibilities
• Acquire customers and achieve the targets given for the allocated
accounts. Responsible to acquire Enterprise customers by building a
thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into
long lasting relationships
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously
proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Collaborate with the Solutioning team to provide the products and
services and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Maintain hygiene and control escalation matrix for customer
complaints resolution
• Follow internal processes to ensure the end to end sales cycle and
meeting account metrics
• Cloud and Saas selling experience is preferable
• Create Customer profile as per the template for each account
assisgned
• Building & Nurturing Account focused relationship: Prior experience
of account management

• Analytical Skill - Ability to analyse data/situation to gather
insights
• Communication Skills - Ability to convey thoughts effectively
• Dealing Ambiguity - Ability to complete a project/task on a strict

Experience
• 7 - 12 years(must have atleast 3 years’ experience in corporate sale or
account management role of any industry)
Education
Any Graduation (MBA preferred)
