The O pportunity

Within Worldline, the Merchant Services business line focuses on providing trusted, reliable and innovative payment solutions for merchants of all sizes. Worldline Merchant Services operates across two “Go To market” sales organisations – SMB & Enterprise.

We are seeking an experienced and driven “Partner Manager ISVs & Global Partnerships”. You will be responsible to grow our global partnerships, working closely with key product, sales and marketing teams to drive Worldline’s growth. You will be responsible for our most strategic partnership segment of ISVs that help Worldline take our proposition to the market and support Worldline’s growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Direct sales management of multiregion and ISV partners
• Direct responsibility for development of external revenue and order entry with multiregion and ISV partners
• Recruit the right partners to open up new business opportunities and sectors
• Be responsible for the full sales cycle (building pipeline, approach potential new partners, finding the right solution for this partner, price & contract negotiations, support in onboarding process like technical integration and further develop these partners)
• Co management of multi Go To Market partners with Enterprise partner management

SMB Partner development
• Develop and grow our most strategic partners within the ISV sector
• Co develop sales and marketing strategies with you partners to grow the partner’s and Worldline’s business

Be a consultant to our partners and future partners

SMB Partner sales performance management & best practice implementation
• Monitor SMB performance KPIs – validate local partner acquisition and revenue growth targets
• Ensure alignment of partner organisations in line with best practices within SMB organisation (contract harmonization, partner commission models, sales team incentives)

Who Are We Looking For

• You are a seasoned partner manager: Partner management is your passion – both acquiring new partners and developing / growing of existing partnerships.
• You are results and customer oriented: you have a track record of delivering results and implementing change within complex organisations.
• You are data driven - and turn that data in to insights and true value in our future growth
• You are technology aware: you have experience in delivering advanced technology-based services and solutions and are
• Proven track record of minimum 2-5 years of partner management experience.
• Relevant experience in B2B services and technology intensive businesses. Knowledge of payments and/or Retail a definite plus.
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills, planning and structured approach
• Ability to work on own initiative and stick to deadlines.
• Fluent in English
