We are seeking an experienced Contact Center SME with a strong background in banking and contact center solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent business and techno-functional skills, with experience in managing RFP processes and deploying CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents).
• Manage stakeholders effectively and present solutions using PowerPoint.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes including preparation, issuance, scoring, and vendor evaluations.
• Conduct vendor demos, review submissions, and provide recommendations.
• Drive contact center solution deployments within the banking sector.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for successful project delivery.
Requirements:
• Banking experience with a focus on contact center solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365 for contact centers.
• Strong proficiency in English and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of techno-functional concepts with strong business acumen.
• Experience in RFP documentation, scoring, and vendor evaluations.
