BUT THIS IS % BASED PARTNERSHIP.
I’m looking for a creative, organized, ambitious woman (35–45) who wants to partner long-term as the social media and content lead for my brand, 1SOURCE. This is not a traditional paid job—it’s a partnership. You earn a percentage of TikTok and platform-generated income, and the harder you build the brand, the more you earn. If you love holistic living, entrepreneurship, and creating meaningful content, this may be your perfect role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (Content Creation & Management)
Film, edit, and schedule daily content (minimum 3 posts/day & 4 hours on Sunday for YOUTUBE Podcast/TIKTOK LIVE-flexible).
Manage SEO, hashtags, creator tools, and posting strategy.
Act as a live moderator during TikTok streams—manage questions, engagement, and flow.
Assist with podcast production (lighting, audio, setup, editing, posting).
Build and maintain a vault of backup content for days when filming isn’t possible.
Keep me organized, consistent, and motivated with our creative schedule.
Brand Growth & Partnerships
Make my pages and online presence look polished, elevated, and professional.
Send out my media resume and pitch the brand to businesses for collabs, product partnerships, and promotional deals.
Manage sample requests, communication with companies, and collaboration logistics.
Occasionally appear in videos with me as part of creative content.
Brainstorm engaging ideas, new series, live concepts, and brand expansions.
Business & Creative Support
Help build out our Motivation, Relationships, and Entrepreneur pillars.
Support our weekly podcast, live events, product reviews, and networking events.
Maintain confidentiality: NDA + Non-Compete required + Background Check
ABOUT MY BACKGROUND
My background includes modeling and some acting, and I was raised around the entertainment industry. My name is Teresa. My family always had ties to film, television, and high-level security work—one family member is President of TV and film with Eva Longoria’s production company, and my father has worked closely with A-list talent throughout his career.
I want to be clear: I have had opportunities handed to me in this industry, and I intentionally chose not to take them because I believe in being self-made. Everything we build through 1SOURCE is based on work, consistency, and authenticity.
At times, we may receive invitations to private or industry events. If you're asked to join, you’ll need to maintain professionalism, composure, and focus—this isn’t a space for being star-struck; this is about showing up as a partner in the brand.
Any travel, lodging, or expenses for such events would be your responsibility for now. Once the brand is established at a higher level, we can revisit what the company covers.
Applicant Requirements
Female, 35–45, living in Suffolk County, Long Island.
Has reliable transportation + flexible daily availability.
Strong video skills (shooting, editing, aesthetics, lighting).
Fun, funny, energetic, and able to keep projects moving.
Organized and able to keep me on track without being overbearing.
Prefers being behind the scenes but is comfortable being in content when needed.
Deeply into holistic/alternative living, personal growth, and entrepreneurship.
Hair/makeup skills (extensions, glam) are a plus.
Wants to help build a serious long-term brand, not just manage a page.

Product advertisement, product reviews, and service reviews (on-site).
COMPENSATION
This is a percentage-based partnership — not a salary position.
You earn according to the growth you help generate, especially on TikTok and YouTube.
As the brand grows, your earnings grow.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
