Role & Responsibilities: Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media plan that aligns with the brand’s voice, objectives, and target audience. This role requires a creative and proactive individual to manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, and copy) tailored to each platform.
Developing a consistent posting schedule and managing daily publishing across platforms.
Monitoring trends, analyzing engagement metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve performance.
Managing community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, design, and product) to support broader campaigns and initiatives.
Staying up-to-date with industry developments, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to ensure innovative and effective content strategies.
Running paid social media campaigns as needed and reporting on ROI.
Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for social media, with a keen eye for detail and performance analytics.

Pay: ₹+,731.41 - ₹3+,55+.54 per month
