We are looking for a Social Media Executive with an overall experience of 1-2 years and the goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
Responsibilities
1. Responsibilities will include, uploading of content across various social media handles, responding to user-queries, resharing/retweeting content.
2. Preparation of reports (monthly and weekly) as per the defined parameters
3. Manage and monitor paid promotions of social media platforms
4. Validation of content calendar/copies to ensure content is error free.
5. Daily coordination with client for their digital requirements
6. Daily coordination with the creative team for design requirements
7. Think & execute Out-of-the-box creative ideas for social media
8. Good command over English for writing captions for the social media posts
+. Well versed with post formats of all social media platforms especially Facebook and Instagram 10. Share monthly reports with the clients in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel format
11. Manage, monitor and create content for social platforms like Quora etc.
12. Keen interest in traveling and reading (optional)
Requirement
1. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
2. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
3. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability 4. Fluency in English
