Social Media Specialist job description For FMCG Industry
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Enhance SEO and the ranking of the Companies presence on a daily basis.
• Measure user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Provide constructive feedback & reports on a periodic basis
• Should have hands-on experience in using all Paid channels & should be able to evaluate the ROI.

Job requirements and qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Social Media Strategies using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ & Facebook and other social media best practices
• Strong knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good knowledge on page & off page SEO
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal, communication & time management skills
• BSc degree in Digital Marketing or relevant fields

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From ₹700,000.00 per year
