Full job description
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and relevant content across all social media channels.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights, and use this information to optimize strategy and content.
Oversee the creation of compelling and shareable content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
Analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms, and use insights to refine strategies and tactics.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our social media presence.
