Social Media Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager/Strategist to join our postproduction company. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company's brand and increase its online presence. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for various social media platforms and track and analyze social media performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase the company's online presence and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's social media strategy is effective and competitive.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and other partners to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Experience creating and executing social media strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role in a post-production company or related industry
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze social media performance metrics.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.
