Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all relevant social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written, and audio) while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and reporting.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategy and content.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platforms, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in content management and a strong understanding of content creation best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
