Responsibilities
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships while driving the creation and execution of compelling social media content
Reporting directly to the CEO and/or CCO, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to support TMD's growth, manage client expectations, and ensure seamless execution across all digital platforms
Your work will be critical in ensuring that we continue to deliver remarkable results for our clients while helping the team scale efficiently
Manage day-to-day client relationships and internal tasks to ensure smooth project execution
Work closely with the CEO and CCO to build scalable systems and infrastructure that support TMD’s rapid growth
Serve as the communication bridge between TMD, clients, and network talent providers, ensuring timely delivery of content and initiatives
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across all consumer-facing platforms, including social media, digital marketing, content creation, and branding
Oversee day-to-day community management across all key channels, including social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters
Develop and deploy creative marketing content in collaboration with clients and network talent, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and excellent professional rapport
Collaborate with the team to optimize media mix/planning, paid search, experiential marketing, and other digital strategies

Qualifications:
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, particularly with luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social media accounts and client relationships.
• Experience in content editing and familiarity with various creative platforms is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including experience in formal presentations and preparing marketing materials.
• Strong proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Canva, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to synthesize and interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
