Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and relevant conversations.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Research and propose new social media trends, tools, and strategies.
- Assist in creating visual content (images, videos, infographics) for social media posts.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Familiar with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
