About Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Professional based out of Delhi NCR who will help in creating a strong brand identity by forming a credible, interactive, and aesthetically creative social presence. You would be responsible for aligning brand communications and social creatives through social channels and creating a strong brand presence and storytelling. You will be the first point of contact for the online community, thus being a social bug who loves to develop a deeper relationship with every interaction would be pivotal.

This is a full-time role, based at our HQ in Gurugram, Haryana.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, develop, write, and deliver daily social media content to relevant communities that support business goals as per brand identity.
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers across our social media channels and diversify strategies on various platforms for business purposes.
• Take ownership of all of our organic social media activities and engagement. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Maintain a comprehensive social media calendar and act as a project manager to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
• Work with our Creative Team to produce channel-specific content, provide audience insights, and optimize content by channel.
• Monitor and track hashtags, trends, and new platforms to scale and expand our social media presence.
• Maintain a consistent voice, personality, look and feel for the brand across all social media.
• Work towards consistently achieving and exceeding key brand and growth KPIs and adjust activities for maximizing traffic and engagement.
• Attend to incoming queries from followers and customers on social platforms with diligence, empathy, and care.
• Work closely with colleagues across the marketing and sales teams to understand the prospective customer journey, and apply insights to your captions, comments, and other creative assets.
• Engaging and connecting with the Kitchen and NPD departments in the office in terms of capturing the organization’s culture and buzz for social media communication.
• Engage in company events and take social media photos & do reels for social media to engage our audience.

Required Skills & Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related marketing discipline or Relevant work experience.
• 1-3 years of Social Media Marketing experience working with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and in an organic capacity.
• Creative social media writer and storyteller with a knack for copywriting.
• Prior experience with social media monitoring, publishing, and listening platforms, with a proven track record of growing brand presence.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (communication style is professional, and diplomatic, though with a sense of humour.)
• Hands-on experience with Canva or similar tools.
• A self-starter, with the ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight.
• Not scared of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about social media channels, new formats, and marketing trends.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, team player, and strong attention to detail.
• Energetic, proactive personality, not scared of taking the initiative and engaging with people.
• It would be a bonus if you have an inclination toward Food & Beverage/ Nutrition/ Fitness/Lifestyle.

Expected Pay: Upto 3.6 Lacs per annum

Note: We work 6 Days a week. +.30 A.M. - 7.30 P.M.
