Role Description
• The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
• Develop social media strategy Create original content by brainstorming with the content team.
• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
• Develop and implement social media plan aimed at involving new audiences online, driving engagement, traffic on websites and conversions.
• Manage and deliver an online content plan.
• Develop and enhance the ability to generate income through online sales.
• Manage and continually evolve the organisation’s digital activity across all existing and future platforms ensuring excellent user experience.
• Promote & develop engaging content to enhance the digital presence.
• Develop relevant policies and guidance around digital communications to ensure a consistent and professional approach.
• Work closely with the design team and web development team to ensure that the digital communications align with the needs.
• Manage relationships with clients, ensuring they provide high-quality service and value for money. Planning of marketing strategies for various brands.
• Prepare a social media performance report on a monthly basis.
• Keep up to date with social media trend.
• Tracking Social Media Influencers and setting up collaborations or deals.
• Set targets for followers and engagement.
• Management of social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, & Google.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in many social media platforms
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
