Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be fluent in social media with hands-on skills and knowledge of multiple platforms and awareness of current trends. You will help develop and execute content strategies, create engaging visual assets, and provide guidance to our creators to build their online communities and drive meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies for both our company and our roster of creators
Assist creators with planning, creating, and optimizing their social media content
Produce and edit video content including tutorials, promotional material, and creative shorts
Provide guidance on trending topics and engagement opportunities across platforms
Collaborate with creators to generate content ideas that align with their brand voice and audience interests
Analyze performance metrics and recommend strategy adjustments to maximize reach and engagement
Research industry trends and best practices to keep our content innovative and relevant
Help creators optimize their social media profiles and content for better discovery
Develop content calendars and assist with scheduling posts across multiple platforms
Support creators with technical aspects of content creation and platform-specific requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, creative media, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying brand messaging effectively
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva)
Experience in content creation for multiple social media platforms
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
Creative thinking and strong storytelling abilities
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of current social media trends and platform-specific best practices
Basic photography and videography skills
Ability to work collaboratively with different personality types and creative styles
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with creator networks, MCNs, or influencer management companies
Knowledge of content ID and copyright protection in social media
Experience with creator-focused content management systems
Familiarity with emerging platforms and formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Previous experience working directly with content creators or influencers

2-month trial period at $20 per hour
