Description
The role will support the employer branding strategy of _VOIS and will be responsible for creating and administering content on all online and social media platforms and publications, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, our webpage and others, to build and grow audience engagement. Will also monitor channel and content marketing impact metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.
Job Responsibility
• Design and deliver the social media strategy through competitive and audience research, and in line with the employer branding and EVP strategy of _VOIS
• Create content that resonates with the interests of the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each channel
• Use data to analyse what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly
• Manage and grow the social media performance and the content marketing performance, and monitor relevant metrics to ensure the social media strategy is achieving its goals
• Manage the logistics of delivering content to various channels, such as managing content calendars, writing copy, scheduling posts, etc – both directly and by coordinating with specialised agencies.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
• Thorough understanding of content marketing & social media management and strategy
• Experience using analytics to monitor the company’s online social media presence and performance, and to provide ongoing actionable insights into campaigns’ performance to relevant stakeholders
• Understanding of the targeted audience for each employer branding channel
• Strong writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of IT&S industry social media best practices and new technologies
• Fluency in English
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• 3-5 years of in-house or agency experience in Social Media Strategy and Online Brand Management
Key performance indicators
Experience:
Extensive experience as social media specialist or as digital media specialist
Demonstrable online & social media marketing analytics tools knowledge
Content creation and content marketing experience
Proven track record of complex campaigns management on multiple channels
Experience managing internal stakeholders to create & sustain successful collaboration in a matrix, global workplace.
Key performance indicators
• * Performance of our external employer branding & EVP social media & online media campaigns (measured via engagement, reach, leads generated)
• Social media channels followership growth.
