Social Media Sr. Executive
Location: Mumbai
Job Objective:
The objective of a social media executive role is to effectively utilize social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, build and nurture online communities, generate leads and drive conversions, monitor and manage online reputation, analyze and report on social media metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the overall business goals. This includes identifying target audiences, developing content calendars, and creating and managing social media campaigns.
Create and manage social media content that is engaging, informative, and relevant to target audiences. This includes writing blog posts, creating infographics, and shooting and editing videos, images.
Engaging with social media audiences by responding to comments, questions, and concerns. Build relationships with customers and prospects, and to promote the company's products and services by driving traffic to website/landing pages.
Measure and analyze social media results to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and to identify areas for improvement. This includes tracking website traffic, social media engagement, brand awareness and leads.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends. This includes understanding new social media platforms, new features on existing platforms, and new social media marketing strategies.
Work with other departments, such as marketing, sales, quality, HR and customer service, to ensure that social media is used to support the overall business goals.
Managing social media budgets and ensuring that social media campaigns are cost-effective.
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
Help identify market opportunities through voice of customer / market research connect to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
Keep track of competitors activities at online platforms and share the insights across team.
Facilitate execution of the business / marketing plan to expand customer base in alignment with the organizational strategy
Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Skills:
· Conversant with Creative Content creation Tools- Canva/Photoshop/Premier Pro etc.
· Conversant with Social Media Channels – FB, Insta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter
· Proactive and self-motivated

Personal | Professional requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication /MBA
Specialised Course – Digital Marketing (Must)
Minimum 2 years work experience in social media marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
