About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a focus on the MERN stack and Python to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for someone with a proven track record in software architecture, exceptional coding standards, and the ability to transform business requirements into scalable products.

Responsibilities:
• Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the architectural design and ensure software solutions align with business goals.
• Development Excellence: Write, review, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code adhering to industry standards.
• Business Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into a product plan, including backlog creation and Jira ticket management.
• Leadership and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Decision Making: Make independent technical decisions and implement them effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly in a team or independently, demonstrating flexibility and ownership.
• Product Lifecycle: Develop a roadmap for the product, breaking down complex projects into manageable deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive experience ( 5-8 Years) in software development, particularly with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python.
• Strong expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to independently make technical decisions.
• High coding standards with a focus on quality and performance.
• Strong experience in agile methodologies, backlog creation, and managing development pipelines using tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in dynamic environments.
