Sandwai is an award-winning software development company providing industry leading, high quality software products and services to aged and disability health care providers nationally. We are seeking enthusiastic Software Developers to join the team in our Varsity Lakes (QLD) office.



The Software Developer Role?



The Software Developer will work with modern technologies to help develop our B2B (SaaS) applications. Sandwai's platform includes a web application for administrative tasks, a mobile app for workers providing services, a client and family app for service recipients, and a suite of integrations and APIs. This is an opportunity to work with technologies and develop solutions across the full ecosystem.



Workshop with product specialist to create new designs and implement changes, assist with testing and quality control, liaise with customers and solution partners, and build solutions that make a positive and tangible difference to peoples lives.

Sandwai's customers are typically medium to large sized organisations with a fleet of support workers who provide services such as personal care and domestic assistance into the homes and community of aged people and people with a disability. Sandwai provides B2B software (SaaS) to these organisations which assists them with client and clinical care, scheduling, compliance, claiming, client engagement, timesheets, workforce management and reporting. The software utilises modern web and mobile technologies, and can make a transformative difference to the organisations we assist, improving their operational efficiency and helping to deliver better outcomes for their clients.

A Successful Software Developer at Sandwai



You have experience with the following technologies and will complement our positive and supportive team culture.



Experience with PHP, a similar language, or a willingness to learn
An understanding of relational databases, MySQL, SQL etc
Ability to debug, analyse and solve complex problems
Have a thirst for innovating and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
Be highly organised with great time management skills
Motivated and have a great eye for detail


Which skills will give me an advantage but aren't mandatory?



Laravel, Vue.js
Docker
Flutter, NativeScript, or other mobile development
Experience with GitHub or similar
Experience with Zoho CRM & Desk or similar
