We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities:

5-6 years of application support experience supproing Dot Net and Azure apps.

Ability to debug and coordinate with development teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Monitoring Tools: Splunk, App Insight

Management of deployments and addressing root causes for payment-related issues.

Monitor Informatica batch job failures and provide insights for downstream dependencies.

Proactively handle payment and application downtime issues

Handle deployment monitoring and validations, escalating to the development team for resolution of critical issues when necessary.

Shifts: Rotational 24X7

Mandatory Skills
• 5+ years of experience in BW 5X
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in BW 5X
• Knowledge of REST / Soap services
• Knowledge of SQL including stored procedures
• Knowledge of using GIT with Azure Repos ( clone, commit, pull requests, etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with BW unit testing practices
• Agile knowledge
