Our Data-infra team is looking for a Senior Backend Developer with a passion for solving complex scaling problems with a good understanding of efficient, forward-looking system design. Our desired candidate has a can-do attitude that will inspire and help us build rocket ships.

What Youll Do


Build and maintain the company’s core data infrastructure
Continuously improve the system architecture and improve the technical standards
Work closely with other R&D teams on cross-platform features
Lead projects from initiatives to production
Build and structure high end features on a hyper-scale environment
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and frameworks.


Requirements


5+ years of experience in backend engineering in a agile environment
Experienced with traffic intensive systems or big data processing
BSc in Computer Science from a leading institute or equivalent experience
Extensive experience developing in Python or other equivalent high level language
Experience in developing with a distributed microservices architecture
Ability to work within a team as well as mentoring team-members and leading initiatives.
Experience with various kind of databases, database modeling and API design
Hands on experience in a cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
