Software Engineer

Technical Responsibilities:
Write complex algorithms to obtain an optimal solution for real-time problems.
Perform qualitative analysis and data mining to extract data, discover hidden patterns, and develop predictive models based on findings.
Develop processes to extract, transform, and load data.
Utilize distributed computing to validate and process large volumes of data to deliver insights.
Evaluate technologies that can be leveraged, including open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools.
Interface with product and other engineering teams regularly.
Qualifications
Requirements: 3+ years of applicable data engineering experience, including Python and RESTful APIs.
In-depth understanding of the Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks, and tools such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn, and PyTorch.
Strong fundamentals in data mining and data processing methodologies.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability.
Sound understanding of Big Data and RDBMS technologies, such as SQL, Hive, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, or Postgresql.
Orchestration and messaging frameworks: Airflow.
Good experience working with Azure cloud platform.
Good experience working in containerization framework, Docker is a plus.
Experience in agile software development practices and DevOps is a plus.
Knowledge of and Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business.
Education: Minimum B.E. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
