Job Description:

 Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

 Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.

 Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.

 Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.

 Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.

 Taking lead on projects, as needed.

Primary Skills:

 Good hands-on experience in C++ 17 or 1+

 Experience developing applications using Spring boot

 Good understanding of Spring Framework

 Experience working on applications designed and developed using Microservices architecture

 Experience working on SQL, PostgreSQL

 Good understating of CI/CD - Bamboo

 Experience on build tools - Gradle, Maven

Good to have skills:

 Knowledge on AWS or cloud environments

 Knowledge on Dockers/Kubernetes, Argo CD, Jenkins

 Knowledge on Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Splunk

 Good to have Python, Shell scripting, SQL basics.

 Knowledge on Splunk, Postman, IntelliJ

 Knowledge on Akka Framework, Linux

Ideally you will have:

 expertise in building and maintaining applications using C++ in the Unix/Linux environment

 good exposure to the Java/JVM and Python ecosystem

 strong knowledge of SQL databases

 experience with CI/CD environment

 strong (if not outstanding) analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

 Investment Banking domain experience is good to have

 Individual contributor and lead
