Software Engineer

Position: Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Develop cross-platform frontend web applications using React and Node.js.
• Design and build single-page applications (SPA) and server-side rendered (SSR) web apps.
• Create RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications.
• Work proficiently with frontend and backend tools, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
• Understand technical and user/business requirements and suggest improvements across the technology stack.
• Take ownership of work from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure deliverables align with design vision, meet standards, and are completed on schedule.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES5, ES6, DOM manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with Node.js, React.js, AngularJS, Restify.js, Express.js, Redux, and databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
• Ability to work with AWS cloud services.
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade or EJS.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and its peculiarities and workarounds.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Flux or Redux.
• Familiarity with accessibility and security compliance.
• Understanding of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems and environments.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
• Understanding of scalable application design principles.
• Familiarity with optimizing output for different delivery platforms (e.g., mobile vs. desktop).
• Ability to create database schemas that support business processes.
• Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient understanding of Git flow.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
