Software Engineer |ASP|NET

Job description

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasking, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

We are seeking an experienced .NET developer responsible for building ASP.NET applications using ASP.NET 4.6+ via C#, fluent in both MVC and Web forms. We would like the applicant to have at least 2 years’ experience on the web.

We also seek that you have in-depth knowledge of:

• JavaScript, Jquery and any Front-end Javascript frameworks like Angular or React

• SQL Server 2014 and above

• n-Tier and Modular Architecture

• Web API 2.0

• HTML 5, CSS

Nice to haves:

• Any one of CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap/Foundation/Skeleton

• Working in Agile Framework in a Scrum.

• “Getting Things done” attitude.

Primary Responsibilities

- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

Candidates ideally would possess 2-5 years of experience; min 2 years of recent web based experience and have the ability to work and consult with colleagues as well as individually; have the ability to consult and communicate closely with management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

2+ years of relevant work experience

Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema

Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
