Job Description:
We are searching for seasoned engineers to build out our Incubation and Network Effects teams. You will play a critical role in driving the strategy for new and innovative products within our Incubation team, aligning with the company's bold vision and growth objectives.
You will take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, building solutions that have the potential to reshape the way people interact with financial tools and services.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure that your solutions are built with precision, scale, and impact.
You will own the technical roadmap for these new products, prioritizing features based on cutting-edge technology, user needs, and technical feasibility to deliver high-value solutions.
You will conduct deep technical exploration to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage that knowledge to design systems that stand up to market demands, while pushing the boundaries of innovation.
You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, using data-driven insights to iterate, optimize, and enhance the overall user experience
