Responsibilities

1. Agile - Flow practices ( Ceremonies, Jira usage, Stakeholder management )

2. Agile - Craftmanship - basic understanding

3. Requirement Management - Scoping, Behavioral Tools and Interpersonal Skills

4. Planning and Estimate - Roadmap Management with POs and TMs

5. BA Chapter Management Skills

6. Close tracking of Industry Tends

7. Change Management, Testing Strategies, Agile Support Model

8. Capability to collaborate and coordinate with Teams in different geographies ( Paris )

Technical :

1. Databases - PostgreSQL or Oracle -Preference PG

2. basic understanding of DC architecture, docker etc.

3. Good to have - Basic Java (Spring)

Functional :

1. Strong functional expertise in Investment banking domain

2. SWIFT Payments

3. Treasury Concepts

4. Liquidity Concepts
