Primary Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Python
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices
• Build microservices architecture and integrate services effectively
• Create unit tests and debug issues to ensure application reliability
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes
• Create and maintain Kubernetes manifests (YAML files) for pods, services, and ingresses
• Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and fault-tolerant systems in Kubernetes clusters
• Monitor and optimize Kubernetes clusters using tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing, building, and deployment
• Write custom workflows in YAML to streamline development and deployment tasks
• Secure pipelines using GitHub Secrets and troubleshoot workflow issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and manage Kubernetes integrations
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving team processes and technical standards
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience
• Skills: Java, Python, API Development, Rest services, Kubernetes, docker, Jenkins, Github, SQL, MongoDB
