Dear Candidate We have urgent Job for Mumbai Location Position -Software Engineer ( L1/L2) Skill- ASP.NET, MVC, SQL & Oracle, Debugging Job Location - Mumbai ( Goregaon) Exp -2 to 4 yrs • 2-4 years of relevant experience in L1/L2 Technical customer support , with a strong customer interaction experience • Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills (in English) • *Good .net C# application code debugging skills • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment • Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts • Strong attention to detail when communicating with customers (verbal & written) • Expertise working with Microsoft Excel • Strong documentation skills • Excellent Customer Service Orientation • Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence • Willing to work in a 24x7 environment and provide weekend coverage, if needed. • Familiarity with Web applications • Nice to have working knowledge of ASP .net, MVC & SQL is good to have • *Nice to have good Verbal communication in Hindi • Familiarity with Web/ Windows* Applications.
