Job Description

I need to setup a call center and what I need is:

1. the ability to handle 1,000's of tasks per day and track each task based on a unique client and track the time against a task.

Customer "X" calls up or fills out a form on their phone. We then take that task, route it to an agent and have the agent work on that task while that task has time tracking.

2. End of month we need to be able to aggregate all the tasks and provide a detailed billing to the client with each task being a unique line item.
