Kramah Software India Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of accreditation Software for universities and colleges across India based out of Bangalore and is a 13 year old software product development company. We are committed to delivering exceptional software solutions and services to our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and client-oriented Software Implementation Manager to join our team and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our software.

Job Summary:

The Software Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the complete implementation process of our software at client locations. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in communication, client interaction, and can handle technical and operational aspects of the software implementation. The ideal candidate should be adept at understanding client needs, training users, and ensuring a smooth transition to our software.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction and Requirement Gathering:

Travel to client locations as needed to gather requirements and understand their needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
Understand and react to clients’ mentalities and expectations, providing tailored solutions and support.

Implementation Process:

Oversee the complete software implementation process from initiation to completion.
Assist clients in uploading data and documents to the software.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate software deployment.

Training and Support:

Provide comprehensive training to clients on software usage and best practices.
Ensure clients are comfortable and proficient in using the software.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Client Satisfaction:

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through professional, polite, and humble interactions.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Ensure a smooth transition and handover of responsibilities to clients.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document the implementation process, including client requirements, configurations, and any issues encountered.
Prepare and present reports on the implementation status and client feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 4 years exp in implementing software offline and online

Proven experience in software implementation or a similar role.
Strong background in client-facing roles with a track record of successful software deployments.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-oriented approach with the ability to understand and address client needs and concerns.
Ability to travel frequently to client locations as required.

Attributes:

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Polite, humble, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and schedules.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
