We are seeking a dynamic and driven HRMS Software Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about technology sales and keen to help businesses streamline their HR processes through innovative HRMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify and target potential clients to promote HRMS solutions, focusing on client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. Track progress and convert leads into customers.
• Networking: Network with professionals at local level using contacts and social media.
• Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate HRMS software to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits that meet client needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position the HRMS product.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
• Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in software sales, preferably in HRMS, SaaS, or related industries.
• Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRMS or SaaS platforms. Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Sales Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
• Commute: Own commute and two-wheeler / four-wheeler must.
