Software Technical Lead

You will have the opportunity to solve a variety of exciting and complex technical challenges and focus on the frontend side of the application, leading and supervising a team of front-end developers. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of software development experience, preferably with a minimum of 3-4 years in a leadership position. They should be equipped with a keen understanding of modern web application development trends and practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, helping them with architectural decisions, code reviews, and best practices related to React.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, estimate effort, and provide technical insights for project planning and execution.
• Lead the design and architecture of React applications, making informed decisions about component structure, state management, data flow, and integration with backend APIs.
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and code reviews to maintain high-quality codebase. Ensure adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
• Help diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and challenges faced by the development team during the development lifecycle.
• Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks, implement best practices for efficient rendering, and improve the overall user experience.
• Interface with clients to understand their needs and translate these into technical requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as designers, backend developers, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth integration and delivery of React applications.
• Keep up with the latest developments in the React ecosystem, new features, tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team to foster continuous learning.
• Create detailed reports for senior management, providing updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Skills Required:
• 8-10 years of experience in software development with a specific focus on front-end development and a minimum of 3-4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Proficient in modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Solid experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code works.
• Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Proficiency in version control tools such as Git.
• Analyze and fix complex bugs, optimize performance, and ensure the application runs smoothly.
• Solid understanding of the Agile methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
