THE WORK:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Solution Architect to join our team. As an Amazon Connect Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and design scalable and reliable solutions that meet their needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and architect Amazon Connect solutions based on client requirements.
Develop technical solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS services, and third-party integrations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Configure and customize Amazon Connect contact flows, routing, and integrations.
Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation and deployment of Amazon Connect solutions.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on Amazon Connect best practices and capabilities.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and AWS services to continuously improve solutions.
HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact center solutions.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud architecture principles.
Experience with contact center technologies, such as IVR systems, call routing, and CRM integrations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
AWS certification(s) is a plus.
