We are seeking a skilled Television Repair and Installation Technician to join our dynamic team.

JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Television Repair and Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing televisions and digital signage systems. You will work directly with customers to ensure seamless setup and maintenance, providing expert technical support and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install, configure, and mount televisions and digital signage in residential and commercial settings.
Diagnose and repair issues with televisions, including screen malfunctions, sound problems, and connectivity issues.
Perform software updates, troubleshooting, and testing to ensure optimal functionality.
Provide customers with guidance on product use, care, and maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely installations and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and service calls.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience in television installation, repair, or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of TV components, troubleshooting techniques, and electronic systems.
Ability to work with various mounting systems and wiring configurations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations.
Relevant technical certification or diploma is a plus.

精通各种安装支架系统、电线布设方法及使用相关工具。
具备优秀的问题解决能力和对细节的关注。
良好的人际沟通能力和客户服务意识。
持有有效驾驶执照，能够前往客户现场工作。
拥有电子或相关领域的技术证书或文凭者优先。
