As a Sourcing Buyer, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, identify and onboard the right suppliers, and negotiate competitive pricing to deliver measurable savings. You will be part of Krinati’s customer success team that executes strategic sourcing projects and drives cost optimization through technology, analytics, and strong supplier engagement.

This role requires commercial acumen, empathy, and negotiation strength — balancing customer and supplier needs to achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer sourcing requirements and convert them into actionable supplier outreach and negotiation plans.
Identify, qualify, and onboard suitable suppliers across diverse categories.
Conduct supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and savings for customers.
Execute RFI, RFP, and Auction events using the Krinati eSourcing solution.
Support customers in preparing sourcing data and supplier templates in the right format.
Analyze supplier bids and prepare award scenarios to guide customer decisions.
Collaborate with Krinati consultants to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — confident interacting with customers and suppliers.
Excellent negotiation skills with empathy and perseverance.
Sound understanding of the sourcing process — including RFI, RFP, eAuction, and Contracting stages.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
High level of integrity, judgment, and professional ethics.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:

Graduate (Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain background preferred).
Mandatory: 1–2 years of experience as a buyer or purchaser (direct, indirect, or services categories).

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
