Little Mountain is in search of a stellar Sous Chef who will work alongside Chef Joel to help write our culinary story from day one. We're looking for a natural leader who believes in the power of food to create unforgettable experiences and brings both technical excellence and creative passion to everything they do. Our ideal candidate loves great food as much as great systems, is a natural mentor, and would be excited about building something extraordinary from the ground up.
