Carlotta’s menu encourages shared feasting across an ever-evolving selection of antipasti, handmade pasta, and meat and seafood cooked over coals, with a custom-made wood oven from Naples taking pride of place in the kitchen.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced chefs to join our team at Carlotta. Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products You must possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times.
Sous Chef, Chef de Partie & Commis Chef positions available.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in an a la carte environment
Mediterranean cuisine knowledge is highly regarded
Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of food safety standards
Full-time availability. Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holiday.
