Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guests' preferences.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry or hospitality sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation techniques and safety standards.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
