we are looking for a skilled and experienced South Indian cook to join our company at SriLanka The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to prepare authentic and delicious South Indian meals for our customers, the Working LOCATION IS IN SRILANKA

_Responsibilities
_
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian meals such as Dosa, Biriyani, Naan, Tandoori, Idly, and other regional specialties for our customers

Plan weekly menus and coordinate with management to ensure that the meals are nutritious, tasty, and meet dietary requirements.

Manage and oversee the company kitchen, including ordering and managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and maintaining equipment.

Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure that each dish meets the company’s high standards.

Collaborate with the management team to develop cost-effective and innovative menu options.
Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants.

Monitor and control food costs and waste, and ensure that food is prepared and served within the designated time frame.

Requirements

· Follow health and safety standards and regulations.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in cooking South Indian cuisine.

· In-depth knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Please Note : The Working LOCATION IS IN SRILANKA
