Individualized Instruction: Design and implement personalized lesson plans and educational activities based on each child's unique needs, strengths, and interests
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments to identify students’ abilities and needs, develop IEPs, and regularly monitor and document progress
Classroom Management: Create and maintain a supportive, structured classroom environment that fosters learning and positive behavior
Collaboration: Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure cohesive support for students
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide strategies
Behavior Support: Develop and implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and support positive social interactions
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education and early childhood education
