We are looking for a caring and proactive Special Needs Teacher to join one of our partner school in USA. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential in a supportive environment.
• Position: Special Needs Education Teacher
• Work Location: California, USA
• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of school teaching experience in a special needs classroom or with students requiring special education support
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field from an accredited 4-year university (Master’s Degree preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
• Help students with classroom tasks, organization, and behavior management.
• Support the development of students’ social and communication skills.
• Assist with the preparation and use of learning materials and resources.
• Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field from an accredited 4-year university (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of school teaching experience in a special needs classroom or with students requiring special education support
• Credential Evaluation report for USA (Preferred)
