We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our CORPORATE TREASURY ORGANIZATION team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu/Pune, Maharashtra

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Provide analytical support for the liquidity reporting end-to-end with an eye on continuous improvement and robust controls
• Gather and analyze both internal and external data for these products and services
• Design assumptions to model these products and services through various stress cycles
• Under moderate supervision, conducts advanced research, data gathering and analyses in support of more senior team members tasked with controlling the risks associated with assets, liabilities and liquidity funding management
• Moderate assumption proposals through internal governance / approval processes, including thorough review and challenge with Risk Management
• Support implementation of assumption changes, and ongoing performance monitoring of the Stress Test as a whole

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Specialization in finance, accounting or economics preferred
• 7+ years of experience required
• Strong proficiency with various statistical methods and database tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a body of small projects, and work collaboratively on larger undertakings
• Excellent organizational skills to work with various stakeholders
• Strong understanding of balance sheets for large, complex financial institutions
• Experience with Model Validation and Regulatory Exams
• Strong understanding of global regulatory environment for systemically important banks
• Experience with QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) system
• Experience in Asset-Liability Management (Liquidity / IRR / Capital)
